MEATigation kickoff!

We are having our first group meeting with the project I am leading MEATigation: Towards sustainable meat-use for climate mitigation. Our keynote speakers include Karen Lykke Syse at UiO, Marthe Austgulen Oslo Met, and Annie Potts from Uni of Canterbury, NZ. Well, I am nervous about this online meeting, but also excited to get to see everyone and to report and plan our work! I will update this with impressions soon.
